Also, show appreciation to the nature by keeping cleanenvironment. Specific Objectives: By the end of the lesson, students should be able to1.Identify the words related recycle issue in the puzzle. 2. Fill in the blanks with the appropriate answers given. Moral Values: Appreciate clean environment.  Previous Knowledge: Students have discussed this topic before. Teaching materials: Chalk, blackboard, handout, picture of rubbish and comprehension book (students’ exercise book) Step 3(15 minutes) ã Students write down the exercise on the comprehension book. exercise book Closure(5 minutes) ã Teacher end up the class by asking students to refresh the wordsthey have learnt for today.  Steps/StagesActivitiesNotesSet induction(5 minutes) ã Teacher start the class by shows a picture of rubbish to thestudents. ã Teacher asks students to look at the picture closely. ã Teacher asks students about the picture:-What can you see on the picture? ã Students listen and respond. ã Teacher explains the picture and relates the day’s topic with the picture and questions. A picture of rubbish, chalk,blackboardStep 1Puzzle(20 minutes) ã Teacher gives out the handout to the students. ã Teacher explains: - The handout contains of words that can be find in the passage before.-Today’s lesson is to enrich the students’ vocabulary knowledge - The students have to find the words on the puzzle whether it isdirections.-Teacher asks students to accomplish the task within 10 minutes.-After 10 minutes, teacher asks all the students to stand up.-Teacher pastes the mahjong paper contain of the same puzzle onthe blackboard.-Teacher asks the one who can find and mark the words can sitdown first.-Students raise their hand in order to answer it.-Also, before come to in front, the students must pronounce thewords first. Handout,mahjong paper,blackboard,marker pen.Step 2Fill in theblanks(25 minutes) ã After finish up the activity, teacher writes down the words andexplains the meaning of each word. ã Teacher asks students to write it down in vocabulary book. ã Then, for the next activity, teacher writes the instruction and 10questions together with 10 answers on the blackboard. ã It contains with the same words that the students find in the firstactivity. ã Students have to fill in the blanks with the appropriate answer given. ã Students try to give their answer with teacher’s guidance by writetheir answer on the blackboard. ã Teacher and students discuss the answers.
