  • 14. Digital knowledge: All participants felt their knowledge had increased notably (except for the one most digitally knowledgeable person) BUT – a ‘down-then-up’ curve
  • 15. Leadership confidence: All but 2 reported significant increase (those 2 said they’d learnt more about own strengths)Image:WikimediaCommonsCC
