• The properties which are posted can be included in the Advertisements and Realty Opportunity. The Advertisements are the set of properties that can be advertised in any news paper and Realty Opportunity is the set of properties of distinct category that can grouped for easy accessibility of the users.
• The properties can be listed in views with different query conditions, which make the users to view the property details in their required format with required query condition.
• The views which are used to view the different details of the properties can be created only by the admin persons and the query which is used to make the conditional view can be designed by all the authorized persons.
• The privileges for accessing the site are granted only by the administrator of the site. One of the unique privileges include: temporarily restrict the front end user to access some of the module.
• The properties that are posted by the authorized personnel will be double checked by the admin person before displaying the details to the customers. The properties deleted by the authorized personnel will be moved to the recycle bin, from where the admin person can permanently delete or restore the same.
• The properties that are viewed by the users can be added to the cart and later they can be printed or emailed.
